Soul of Miami/ Annette Recommends, great bloggers in the spotlight

Annette and James. James and Annette. I speak of none other than the über-cool duo behind the ever popular Soul of Miami blog. The Soul of Miami blog is the heartbeat of what’s going on in Miami from arts & culture to nightlife and everything in between; and yes even food.

I met James and Annette back in early May at the Miami Rum Renaissance Festival. It was quite the event and if you’re a blogger-groupie then this was definitely the place to blogger-gaze. I’ll admit I got a little blogger-struck that day, @vicequeenmaria, @carlosmiller, @mkhall</>, Robert A. and Robert V. Burr the Rum Guys were all there and when you have the opportunity to actually put a face with the ubiquitous internet picture it is a bit exciting. So let’s face it, Soul of Miami is the royal couple of Miami info and they are as cool as you think they are and twice as nice. I ‘Rum’d’ with them for a while and found out that Annette writes a section on Soul of Miami, called Annette Recommends, places she loves to eat at and tells you why. What I enjoy about Annette Recommends, it that it is consistent with the entire blog, no superfluous blah, blah, blah just straight-to-the-point-info. Take it or leave it. That my readers is Miami, take it or leave it. And Soul of Miami/ Annette Recommends has captured that concept flawlessly. So without further ado I present the very straight forward and very cool Soul of Miami/ Annette Recommends:
