A member of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World, The Pillars in Fort Lauderdale is a hidden gem sitting pretty on the intracoastal. I attended a wine dinner last week at the hotel’s restaurant, The Secret Garden. Approriately named, eating in the dining room is very much like being in a secret garden. The restaurant itself is not open to the public, this jewel is reserved for hotel guests and members of The Secret Garden Dining Society. For information regarding the private dining club I recommend contacting the hotel directly.
