Wine and Cheese at Cheese Culture Las Olas

This friendly shop, eatery and wine bar has been open for about a month now on Las Olas. The sunny yellow awning with matching bistro tables and chairs outside its front door sets the welcoming tone and does not disappoint. The gregarious owners are a husband and wife team who are living the American Dream by charting their own course with the Cheese Culture.

Exotic andfamiliar cheeses line the display cases along with some fine accoutrements suchas dried figs and apricots, dates, olives and marcona almonds. An assortment ofcraft beers and wines compliment both the cheese selection and menu of panini’sand salads.

As a retail store, the cheeses can be packed up to-go for your home parties or cheesy self-indulgence.As an eatery you are welcome to stay and nibble and nosh on a variety of cheese plate combinations or just a slice or two of your favorite curds and whey turned deliciousness; as well as the many sandwiches and salads they have on their menu which makes the Cheese Culture a great intimate lunch stop or ideal for a late afternoon pick-me-up.

Monthly cheese classes are held on a variety of topics such as pairings, nutrition and tasting varities.
