Cocktails at Cut 432 in Delray Beach

Saturday night I went to Happy Hour at Cut432 on East Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach. What makes an evening out memorable? Sometimes it’s purely the food or the wine or just the company but when you combine all that together you have an evening that is ‘a cut above the rest’ and this is exactly what was in store for me Saturday night at Cut432. It was just a stop off with a friend for a few drinks and appetizers; definitely leaving you hungry to go back again.

We sat at the bar and under the attentive and watchful eyes of Nicole and PJ the bartenders, we were meticulously taken care of from being greeted to served to entertained. Nicole and PJ have such complimenting personalities that the way they handled and maneuvered the bar and took care of their guests was second to none. To watch their playful yet spot-on professionalism is definitely worth a glass of wine at the bar. We had Oysters Rockefeller and Mini Burgers with a bottle of Summerland, Syrah, Paso Robles, CA, 2006. Cut 432 is a popular place on the avenue with locals and it’s easy to see why with such amenable staff.
