Chef Suvir Saran executive chef and owner of Devi New York City is the United States only Michelin rated Indian restaurant. Saran will share his culinary talents with Miamians at Café Sambal, Mandarin Oriental, Miami from March 7-11.
Chef Saran and Café Sambal Chef Eduardo Quintana have collaborated to create an array of à la carte menu items for guests to choose from at the waterfront Café Sambal restaurant. Chef Saran will make a special appearance during dinner service on Wednesday, March 7 where guests will have the opportunity to meet the talented and charismatic chef as well as purchase an autographed copy of his latest cookbook, “Masala Farm.”
