Macallan Whiskey dinner at Edge, Steak & Bar Miami

Edge, Steak & Bar, located within the Four Seasons Hotel Miami, is hosting its second Specialty Dinner Night on Tuesday, February 28. This month executive chef Aaron Brooks along with his restaurant chef James King will pair a five course menu with Macallan Whiskey. Guests will have the opportunity to interact with both Brooks and King during the dinner as they are taken on a  Macallan Whiskey journey of Fine Oak 17 Year, Famous Grouse 18 Year, Macallan 18 Year, Specialty Edition Macallan 22 Year, and Highland park 1990.

Whiskey is an acquired taste embraced by a select population, with that said, no whiskey party is complete without the venerable cigar, so Edge and Macallan have arranged for The Hotel Humidor to provide a take home swag of Davidoff Brand Cigars, The Griffins and Camacho.

The Macallan Whiskey dinner is $99 per person, and exclusive of tax and gratuity. Seats are limited, reservations required. Future dinners will take place the last Tuesday of every month and themes will be announced in advanced.
