Oktoberfest at Due South Brewing Co. in Boynton Beach

Due South Brewing Co. will celebrate Oktoberfest on October 11, 12 and 13 at its brewery and taproom in Boynton Beach. During the three day Oktoberfest Celebration, Due South will be pouring its own traditionally made Oktoberfest marzen lager as well as first-ever bottled Due South beers. The scheduled releases include Northern Exposure (Caramel Cream Ale with maple), Isle-Ma-Gordo (a pumpkin ale) and Category 5 IPA. Each bottled beer will be released on a specific day, to be announced during the festival. Special cask treatments of Due South beers will be showcased as well.

Each day during Oktoberfest, Due South will feature a South Florida food truck offering food options for festival goers. Scheduled trucks include Bella Cucina, Lucille’s on Wheels, and Curbside Gourmet.

Due South Brewing Co. opened its brewery and taproom in Boynton Beach, in May 2012. The brewery’s taproom is an ideal place to watch the game or the latest batch being brewed while enjoying a cold pint and for the beer enthusiasts, highlight your weekend by grabbing a growler of fresh beer to go. Brewery Tours are available every Saturday and Sunday for free at 1 pm and 3 pm and a VIP tour for $10 at 2 pm on Saturdays and Sundays that include samples, a Q & A and pint glass to take home. The VIP tour is limited to 12 people per tour. Call 561-463-BEER (2337) to reserve your spot.

The brewery is closed on Monday and opens at noon all other days. The taproom is open until 10pm Sunday, Tuesday-Thursday; and 11pm on Friday and Saturday. Due South beer is currently sold in bars and restaurants from Vero Beach to Key West. Due South flagship beers include Caramel Cream Ale and Category 3 IPA.
