Cooking Classes with Eleanor Hoh, The Wok-Star

In one workshop Eleanor will teach you NO-recipe techniques for easy, one-dish, “wok-ing” sensations for your busy lifestyle. By using a few fresh ingredients and only four seasonings you’ll whip up a well balanced, delicious meal in NO-time with NO-recipeNO-measuring, and NO-calorie counting. Eleanor’s NO-Rules technique eliminates the stress of cooking by hunting for specific ingredients and following directions from a recipe. Once you understand Eleanor’s Wok-style you can substitute and improvise as much as you want as well as apply these learned techniques to other styles of cooking. Eleanor’s Miami class schedule through the end of the year is as follows:

In South Miami the classes will be held at La Cuisine & Clark 50 Aragon Avenue, Coral Gables, FL 33134 on Wednesdays from  7-10pm and Saturdays from 12-3pm.
