Baha Grille at Hutchinson Island Marriott Beach Resort & Marina

Baha Grille, Hutchinson Island Marriott Beach Resort & Marina

This past weekend Florida Marriott hosted a press trip of eight bloggers/writers including myself; each of us were geographically positioned throughout the state, visiting multiple resorts. The two resorts I visited were Hutchinson Island Marriott Beach Resort & Marina and the Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa.

My three night stay and home base was at the Hutchinson Island Marriott Beach Resort & Marina with a day trip down to the Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa; my longtime friend and food socialite, 4TheLoveofFood joined me on this weekend getaway. Because the Hutchinson Island Marriott was our primary venue we ate most meals at Baha Grille and got to know the servers and bartenders very well. We enjoyed the meals and cocktails, but it was the service and camaraderie we took most pleasure in. Each server made you feel as if you were sitting in their home having dinner with them; they all had their own unique way of making you feel welcome and comfortable. So here’s a big shoutout to Nikki, Ivan, Rosie and Wayne for making our time spent with you extra enjoyable; and to the hardworking and talented culinary team for making it possible.

Cheers to Nikki, Ivan, Rosie, Wayne and the hardworking Culinary Team who put it all together

This attention wasn’t just for me; I watched these people, shift after shift, treat each guest and each table of families and business people with the same genuine warmth and welcome. I would venture to say this is part of the reason the hotel was as 100% occupancy during the time I was there. Below is a pictorial of highlights from Baha Grille.
