Indian Pop-Up Restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove October 2013

 A Passage to India: An Authentic Indian Pop-Up Restaurant at The Ritz Carlton Coconut Grove opens on Thursday, October 3rd. The existing Bizcaya will be transformed into a sultry Indian dinner destination complete with traditions, spices and flavors of India.

On Saturday, October 12th from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. an Indian cooking demonstration will be hosted in Bizcaya’s private dining room. After the demonstration, guests will be able to sample the tastes of each course including a traditional Lassi beverage.  The demonstration and sampling is $35 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Only 15 reservations are available. Reservations are required by calling (305) 644-4675.
