Quintessa Wine Dinner at Fontainebleau Miami Beach

Quintessa is a red meritage wine bearing the same name as the vineyard from which it is made.  Quintessa is a blend that can include some or all of the five varietals grown on the estate: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Carmenere, the wine is masterfully crafted under the skillful design of winemaker Charles Thomas.  The vineyard’s diversity provides wide stylistic options for the wine, of which Thomas takes full advantage of. Quintessa is part of the Huneeus Vintners ensemble; Master Sommelier, Larry Stone is the Estates Director for Huneeus Vintners and will be hosting a Quintessa wine dinner at the August Cellar 1954 Wine & Dinner Series by FONTAINEBLEAU at Gotham Steak on August 22, 7:30pm. The Quintessa Wine Dinner is $200/person exclusive of tax and gratuity. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 305.674.4706. Fontainebleau Miami Beach 4441 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach.
