Wine Dinners & Pairings in Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach

Quintessa is a red meritage wine bearing the same name as the vineyard from which it is made.  Quintessa is a blend that can include some or all of the five varietals grown on the estate: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Carmenere, the wine is masterfully crafted under the skillful design of winemaker Charles Thomas.  The vineyard’s diversity provides wide stylistic options for the wine, of which Thomas takes full advantage of.
