The Alchemist to open in October in Midtown Miami

Scheduled to open in October, The Alchemist, an intimate 50-seat dining destination with only 14 tables is a complete sensory experience. The sensory journey proposed by “The Alchemist” requires the use of sight, smell, taste and sound. Expect the unexpected with a display of artful yet precise techniques while serving impeccable gastronomy of two pre-set menus choices:
- “Petite Degustation” with five courses ($90 per person)
- “Complete Degustation” with seven courses ($125 per person)

Menus will change seasonally and the first set of signature 2013 Autumn creations includes an amuse-bouche of Like a Pisco Sour Cocktail, the entree, The Lobster, with Virtual Green Peas & Yuzu, A Cloud of Verbena, The Wrap Paper Beef, Truffle Cappuccino, The Eggplant and the five-sense dessert Forrest Spirit served with an iPod.

Some dishes will be finished by trained staff at the table and each will be served with adequate explanation, extending the interactive experience from the kitchen to the guests.

Reservations highly recommended. The Alchemist 3252 Buena Vista Ave. – Suite 118 Miami FL 33137 786-422-5118
