Billecart-Salmon Champagne Dinner at Scarpetta, Fontainebleau Miami Beach

Cellar 1954, a Wine & Dinner Series by FONTAINEBLEAU is a monthly event that pairs the world’s most prestigious wines and winemakers with the award-winning cuisine of Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Paying homage to the vintage year of 1954, the year that Fontainebleau Miami Beach originally opened, Cellar 1954, Wine & Dinner Series by FONTAINEBLEAU is an exclusive, monthly series featuring some of the most acclaimed winemakers. October’s wine dinner will be held at Scarpetta on Wednesday, October 23rd; Billecart-Salmon Champagne dinner will be  hosted by Antoin Billecart.
