Piper-Heidsieck Champagne

Founded in 1785, Champagne Piper-Heidsieck is one of the oldest Champagne Houses created by Florens-Louis Heidsieck in Reims, France. A cloth merchant by trade, Heidsieck became involved in winemaking at an early age and showed a unique talent. He developed rigorous quality standards and his attention to detail enabled him to create a Champagne that was highly recognized. Champagne Piper-Heidsieck is still highly recognized today; Chef de Cave, Régis Camus has been named the “Champagne Winemaker of the Year” in 2012, giving him his 7th Winemaker of the Year title by the International Wine Challenge in London (‘12, ‘11, ‘10,’09, ‘08, ‘07, and ‘04)
