NORWALK, Conn., June 2, 2014 /PRNewswire/ – With many highly desirable travel destinations sporting lower year-over-year average hotel rates, summer 2014 is looking like the perfect time to take a trip, according to priceline.com.  Additionally, national airfare averages are running about the same as last year, creating more opportunities for travelers to spend on travel without breaking the bank.
