2014 Delray Beach Wine and Seafood Festival Chefs Panel Discussion

As if my big news about publishing a digital magazine wasn’t enough to keep me on my toes this summer; equally as exciting, coming down the pipeline, is our partnership with the dynamic event producers at Festival Management Group. You probably know them as the people who put on the Delray Affair, The Delray Beach St. Patrick’s Day Parade, and the Garlic Fest. My team and I have signed on as a media sponsor with them and I personally will be moderating the first ever Chefs Panel discussion at this years Delray Beach Wine and Seafood Festival on Sunday morning, November 9th.

Delray Beach Wine and Seafood Festival Chef’s Panel

Join me, and six chefs from Boca Raton and Delray Beach for the first ever, Delray Beach Wine and Seafood Festival’s interactive Chef’s Panel; it will be a lively gathering as we discuss and, share information about industry trends, doing business in South Florida, and of course some really great kitchen stories. The seminar will take place on Sunday, November 9th from 11am-12:30pm in the Festival Seminar Tent at Atlantic Avenue and Gleason Street. Tickets are $50/person.  The hour and a half seminar includes a continental brunch, mimosas and a take home gift bag. The interactive panel discussion will take questions from the audience, as well as you’ll have the opportunity to take photos with the chefs. The participating chefs are,
Anthony Fiorini – 13 American Table
Blake Malatesta -50 Ocean
Ernie DeBlasi- Luna Rosa
Bruce Feingold -DaDa
Michael Haycook- The Grove
Joey Giannuzzi- The Farmers Table
