Craft Beer Picks by Mug of St. Arnold, Chalie Beatty

Chalie Beatty is the craft beer contributor to our digital magazine, South Florida Lifestyle Guide. Chalie is a craft beer blogger, home brewer and all around beer enthusiast. His unique handle is a fun tribute to St. Arnold, the patron saint of brewers. Legend has it that when St. Arnold’s parishioners were moving his body after his death they stopped at a tavern but the tavern only had a little bit of beer. The parishioners prayed and they got a beer, and the cup never ran empty. In the August issue of South Florida Lifestyle Guide Chalie gave us six craft beers that are ideal for that backyard summer BBQ. “A great meal has multiple courses to complement the evolution of the dinner. I think multiple beer styles complement the different moments of a great get together. Since it’s the peak of summer, here are six beers that are sure high light each part of your BBQ.” Click here to read Chalie’s picks.
