Windridge Yacht Charter has launched a Pop-Up Restaurant Series whereby Miami chefs take to the South Florida waterways for a dinner cruise on its flagship yacht, Lady Windridge. The series debuts with Chef Cesar Zapata of The Federal Food, Drink & Provisions on Wednesday, November 12, from 7 to 10 p.m. Lady Windridge will cruise Biscayne Bay as Zapata will serve a menu of Kale Slaw, Oyster Shooters topped with a bloody mary, chipotle, cilantro, tequila jelly; Smoked BBQ Pork Shoulder and BBQ Beef Brisket with housemade BBQ sauces, and for dessert a Buttermilk Panna Cotta with drunken cranberries and mint. Beer, wine and a signature cocktail will be served. A DJ will provide the entertainment. The evening begins with the departure at 6:30pm from the Fontainebleau Hotel Miami Beach. The dinner cruise is $125 plus tax and gratuity per person, for reservations call 954.525.7724. Parking is additional to the price of the ticket, either hotel valet or public lots in the area.
