Le Prix Fixe Lunch Menu at Cafe Boulud Palm Beach

While frequenting some higher end, celebrity chef deemed restaurants on a regular basis may not be within reach for some due to budget constraints; many of the managing partners are aware of this and have made efforts by offering a multi-course lunch at a set price, or prix-fixe if you will, making it financially amenable for most to be able to experience the restaurant.

Café Boulud at the Brazilian Court Hotel, in Palm Beach currently offers a three course lunch for $28, Monday-Friday from 12PM-2:30PM and valet parking is complimentary. The menu at Café Boulud Palm Beach parallels the French-American style of Café Boulud New York with a touch of South Florida flavor.

The 3-course prix fixe menu changes regularly, depending on availability of the product, and the chefs’ culinary ingenuity. Currently the menu offerings are:

First Course

LOBSTER BISQUE
sherry emulsion, chervil

ROASTED PEAR SALAD
frisée, arugula, radicchio, blue cheese hazelnut vinaigrette

STEAK TARTARE
capers, cornichon, farm egg, baguette crisp
($5 supplement)

Second Course

LINGUINI ALLA CHITARRA
wild mushrooms, parmesan

GRILLED SALMON
sweet potato, asparagus, sauerkraut
bacon mustard jus

DUO OF BEEF
braised short rib and seared hanger steak
glazed carrots, parsnip purée
watercress
($10 supplement)

Dessert Course

KEY LIME PIE
lemon coulis, pink grapefruit sorbet

MANGO PANNA COTTA
tropical fruit, coconut sorbet

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE DOME
raspberry sorbet

My recent visit to Cafe Boulud, the menu was a bit different, however you do see items on a regular rotation, so faint not.
