Miami Smokers is offering Thanksgiving options with pre-order Thanksgiving Pigs and Hams for those wanting to forgo the typical turkey; 10-20 pound candied hams, sold by weight at market price and 6-12 pound suckling whole pigs, pre-marinated and sealed, both with a $25 deposit. The pig experts will provide instructions on how to prepare the swine and how many one will feed. All orders must be placed by Friday, November 21, 2014.
