Taste of the Nation Palm Beach Raises $24,000 in a Live Auction Dinner Bidding War

At last night’s Taste of the Nation Palm Beach the evenings’ highlight, was the mind-blowing live dinner auction hosted by WPTV NewsChannel 5′s Jay Cashmere and Sally Sevareid of KOOL 105.5; the live auction raised $24,000 for two private dinners with wine pairings that will be prepared and presented by, Tim Lipman, owner and executive chef of Coolinary Cafe, Clay Conley, owner and executive chef of Būccan, Imoto and Buccan Sandwich Shop, Lindsay Autry, owner and executive chef of Fin & Feather, Zach Bell, Executive Chef at Addison Reserve Country Club, and Virginia Philip, Master Sommelier and owner of Virginia Philip Wine Shop & Academy. Taste of the Nation Palm Beach Raises $24,000 in a Live Auction Dinner Bidding War

 The No Kid Hungry campaign is ending childhood hunger in this nation by ensuring all children get the healthy food they need, every day by connecting them to nutrition programs like school breakfast and summer meals and by teaching families how to cook healthy, affordable meals at home.Since summer 2011, No Kid Hungry efforts to expand access to summer meals and school breakfast have helped connect kids to more than 34 million additional meals. The No Kid Hungry campaign is replicating that success around the country by working collaboratively with its partners to feed millions of American children. In 2014, Taste of the Nation Palm Beach raised more than $600,000 which can help connect children in need with up to 600,000 meals.
