Starting May 31 through Columbus Day, October 12, 2015, Café Boulud Palm Beach invites diners to partake in the “DBGB Takeover,” a delicious casual summer dining adventure with inspired selections from DBGB, Chef Daniel Boulud’s casual dining restaurant in downtown New York City.
“DBGB is my most casual restaurant, with locations in NYC and DC. At DBGB, we are known for our burgers, bangers and beer, plus seasonal French dishes. I love DBGB because we make great quality, delicious food in a relaxed and comfortable setting”, Boulud said.
Boulud opened the original DBGB on the Bowery in spring 2009, and the restaurant serves as his interpretation of a fun, more casual French brasserie that meets the American tavern, showcasing a variety of flavors that include house-made sausage, mouthwatering burgers and fresh and local seafood in addition to the chef’s seasonal Lyonnaise-inspired bistro cooking.
DBGB menu selections span Iceberg & Blue, the DB Salad, Chilled Royal Shrimp, Crispy Calamari, Virginia Peanut Soup, House-made Thai Sausage, Boudin Noir, Grilled Shortrib and theme burgers such as The Piggie and the The Frenchie. All pair perfectly with the assortment of bottled beer from local and craft breweries, and with the wines specially selected by Sommeliere Mariya Kovacheva. Toothsome desserts include delicious ice cream sundaes such as the Pistachio Apricot Sundae with apricot sorbet, pistachio ice cream, raspberry sorbet and almond streusel, perfect for summer days.
The DBGB menu will be served seven nights a week for Dinner, from 5:30PM till 10PM in the main dining room and in The lounge through October 12th. DBGB selection will also be available during Lunch, Weekend Brunch and on the Bar Menu.
