Miami’s Saffron Supper Club hits the spice trail as they take a journey through the Maghreb – the area where Africa meets the Mediterranean mingling the flavors of North Africa with Southern Italy.
The Saffron Supper Club has partnered with Bocce Ristorante in Midtown Miami for a night of exotic dishes, and cultural exploration on Sunday May 31, 6:00-8:30pm. The dinner will be a three-course menu with wine pairings by Zonin USA preceded by cocktail reception with passed bites.
The Saffron Supper Club menu is as follows,
Passed suppli di riso and baccala
Beat & goat cheese ravioli
Agnello brasato (braised lamb)
Cous cous (dried prunes)
Insalata di arancia rosse (Blood orange salad, sunflower seeds, mixed greens, toasted pine nuts)
Finnochi brasato (braised fennel)
Saffron Panna Cotta (almond crunch)
