Recipe & Tasting Event: Ketel One Cocktails at the Oakland Park Farm to Chef Showcase, May 13

We have partnered with Ketel One Vodka for the May 13th Farm to Chef Showcase at the Oakland Park Farmers Market. Dianna Greene-Cowan the Ketel One Vodka Regional Brand Ambassador will be taking the audience on a Ketel One cocktail journey that will stimulate the senses. Dianna will demonstrate how to make four of Ketel One’s new spring cocktails, the tasting will begin at 6pm. The event is free and open to the public, 3800 North Dixie Highway, Oakland Park (diagonal from Funky Buddha Brewery). The Ketel One Peachy Tea-Ni is the second spotlight cocktail in our series. The first cocktail was Ketel One Mexican Mule.

Ketel One Peachy Tea-Ni

In cocktails as in life, sometimes it’s the little things that make all the difference. Little things like a simple ounce-and-a-half of white tea.
At first glance, this seasonal Ketel One serve might seem rather traditional. But introduce the floral and savory notes of tea leaves, pre-steeped in white cranberry juice and fresh raspberries, and the result is a chilled coupe of surprising seasonal charm.

KETEL ONE PEACHY TEA-NI

CRAFTING INSTRUCTIONS
1-1/2 ounce Ketel One® Vodka
1/2 ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
11/2 ounce White Tea*
2 dashes Lemon Bitters

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and shake with ice. Double strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and raspberry.
*White Tea: Steep with white cranberry juice and rapberries.
