We, [South Florida Food and Wine] have partnered with Farmer’s Table in Boca Raton for a “Turn the Table: Guest Chef Supper Series,” which is a unique dining experience that will take place on the first Tuesday of the month from July to November. The themed dinners will take place at Farmer’s Table and will feature four prominent South Florida chefs each preparing a five course dinner with wine pairings. The suppers will also serve a distinctive welcome reception cocktail to each guest. The welcome reception cocktail at Farmer’s Table Boca Guest Chef Supper Series on July 7th is Ketel One GRILLED PEACH LEMONADE. Below is a sneak peek of what’s to come and for all the DIY’ers out there, the recipe is thrown in for good measure.
Ketel One GRILLED PEACH LEMONADE
1 oz. Ketel One Citroen
3 oz. fresh lemonade
.5 oz. elderflower liqueur
1 grilled peach (sliced)
Muddle two grilled peach slices in the bottom of a highball glass. Add ice and remaining ingredients and stir. Garnish with a grilled peach slice.
