South Florida Food and Wine has partnered with Farmer’s Table in Boca Raton for a “Turn the Table: Guest Chef Supper Series,” which is a unique dining experience that will take place on the first Tuesday of the month from July to November. The themed dinners will take place at Farmer’s Table and will feature four prominent South Florida chefs. “We are so excited to play host and participate in such a unique culinary concept,” said Joey Gianuzzi, co-owner of Farmer’s Table. Reservations are available by calling Farmer’s Table (561) 417-5836; dinner is $100 a person (inclusive of tax and gratuity) and includes the five course dinner with wine pairing, and a cocktail reception.
The fourth dinner in the series will be presented by DADA and will take place on Tuesday, October 6. The theme for the dinner is “Snout to Tail”. The menu will remain undisclosed until the night of the dinner. Executive Chef and Co-Owner, Bruce Feingold will create an intriguing all pork menu, from snout to tail with wine pairings from Mira Winery. A portion of the proceeds from the event will benefit Healthy Bellies. The reception cocktail will be made with Don Julio Tequila.
The series will conclude with a cocktail reception on Tuesday, November 3rd where the four chefs will each prepare two courses for a total of eight courses along with cocktail, beer and wine bars.
The exclusive brewery for the event is Saltwater Brewery.
Cocktails at the finale will be made with Ketel One Vodka, Bulleit Bourbon, Ron Zacapa 23 Rum, Tequila Don Julio, Tap 357 Canadian Maple Rye Whiskey, Van Gogh Dutch Chocolate Vodka and Van Gogh Double Espresso Vodka.
Tickets for the series finale are $150 and a portion of the proceeds will be split between all four charities.
