James Beard Foundation’s TASTE AMERICA – TASTE MIAMI September 18, 2015

Tickets are on sale for the James Beard Foundation – TASTE MIAMI event that will take place Friday September 18, 2015. The 4-course seated dinner will be hosted by James Beard Award Winners Rocco DiSpirito and Christopher Lee, with Pastry Chef Sergio Navarro. The event begins with a tasting reception featuring a lineup of some of Miami’s finest chefs, including Timon Balloo, Cindy Hutson, Brad Kilgore, Giorgio Rapicavoli, and Cesar Zapata. The Cocktail & Tasting Reception begins at 6pm with dinner immediately following at 7pm. The dinner will be held at The Forge 432 West 41st Street, Miami Beach, FL 33140. Valet Parking $10; Self-Parking also available at meters.

Tickets are $400 for VIP, $250 for Premier, and $2250 for tables of ten. Click here to purchase tickets

The $400 VIP tickets include, the cocktail reception and seating at an intimate dinner in The Forge’s coveted wine cellar hosted by a local celebrity chef, plus a photo op and meet and greet with the evening’s chefs, along with a special gift to take home. *limited availability to 20 guests.

The $250 Premier ticket includes the cocktail reception and seating at dinner in The Forge’s East Room.

The $2250 Table of Ten includes a discounted rate on ten tickets to the reception and dinner, with preferred seating, a tableside greeting from the evening’s chefs, and an option to host a local chef or special guest at the 10th seat at your table.

Taste America is a national program of events that is taking place in ten cities over six weekends from September 18 to November 7, 2015. The James Beard Foundation’s mission is to celebrate, nurture, and honor America’s diverse culinary heritage through programs that educate and inspire.
