PB Catch Hosts A New England Clambake

PB Catch will transport guests to the northeast shore for an authentic New England Clambake, the second coastal-themed feast to take place at the restaurant as part of its popular Summer Shack seasonal event series on Friday, July 24, 2015. Guests will enjoy acoustic entertainment, a beach bonfire atmosphere, New England-inspired cocktails and brewery beer selection, a family-style clambake, and the following themed menu selections:

MENU: New England Clambake … served family style at $34 per person 1/2 Maine lobster, clams, mussels, sausage, corn, and fingerling potatoes

Lobster Roll … $22 Butter poached lobster, shallots, fine herbs, and celery seed aioli

Tempura Clam Strips … $14 Served with curry cocktail sauce

Scrod Anglaise … $28 Basil pesto, red pepper coulis, and asparagus
