Continuing with the preview of the menu and cocktail for our Guest Chef supper series at Farmer’s Table in Boca Raton; a unique dining experience that takes place on the first Tuesday of the month from July to November. The themed dinners are hosted Farmer’s Table and feature four prominent South Florida chefs each preparing a five course dinner with wine pairings. The suppers will also serve a distinctive welcome reception cocktail specially created for that dinner. The dinners are $100 a person (inclusive of tax and gratuity) reservations are available by calling Farmer’s Table (561) 417-5836. Our next supper is on Tuesday, October 6th featuring Executive Chef and Co-owner Bruce Feingold of DADA.
The welcome reception cocktail for the DADA Guest Chef Supper is the Don Julio Rosita Blanc. Below is a sneak peek of what’s to come and for all the DIY’ers out there, the recipe is thrown in for good measure.
Don Julio Rosita Blanc
1 1/2 oz. Don Julio Blanco tequila
1/2 oz. sweet vermouth
1/2 oz. Dolin Blanc
1/2 oz. Aperol
1 dash Angostura bitters
Pour ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake to mix. Pour cocktail into a rocks glass and serve.
