New Belgium Brewing Beer Dinner at The Office Delray Beach

In the spirit of Oktoberfest, The Office Delray Beach co-hosts a craft beer dinner with New Belgium Brewing Company on Monday, October 26th. A five-course tasting menu with a welcome reception begins at 6:30pm. The dinner is $40 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Call for reservations, 561-276-3600. The menu is as follows:

Dinner begins with a pomegranate and fig salad with Humboldt Fog cheese, flowering kale, and tarragon vinaigrette paired with New Belgium Snapshot Wheat Beer.

The appetizer course is roasted bone marrow with maple brittle, date and bacon marmalade, and toasted rye bread paired with New Belgium Fate Tire Bourbon

The third course is a savory roasted duck satay with Anaheim peppers, poached Brandywine tomatoes, spicy risotto, and Mandarin-soy glaze paired with New Belgium Ranger IPA.

The main entrée is an overnight braised short rib with creamy polenta, horseradish crème fraÎche with pear, and carrot slaw paired with New Belgium Trippel.

House-made monkey bread with pumpkin-honey glaze and lemon verbena whipped cream will be a sweet and savory finish paired with New Belgium Pumpkick Spiced Seasonal Ale
