Thanksgiving Cooking Class at The Biltmore Hotel Coral Gables’ Culinary Academy

The Biltmore Hotel Coral Gables’ Culinary Academy is giving guests something to feast on this Thanksgiving with its special “Create a Thanksgiving Feast” class on Wednesday, November 17 from 6:30 to 9:30 pm. Priced at $125 per person, the cooking class will be led by the hotel’s Executive Chef, David Hackett as he teaches the home cook how to prepare the perfect turkey and side dishes for a memorable Thanksgiving gathering. Guests will have the opportunity to dine on their Thanksgiving Feast with added wine pairing at the end of the evening.
