Truffle and Wine Pairing at 3800 Ocean, Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa

3800 Ocean’s Executive Chef Larry LaValley of the AAA Four Diamond-rated Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa, will impress guests with one of the culinary world’s most highly regarded delicacies, truffles at an exclusive Truffle and Wine Pairing. On December 12th the pairing event will feature a seven-course truffle menu with a wine pairing for each course. The oceanfront event will begin at 6 p.m. with an hors d’oeuvres reception, followed by dinner at 6:30. The truffle tasting and wine pairing is $195 per person, tax and 22% gratuity is additional. Valet parking is complimentary.
