Iconic Champagne Dinner at Steak 954 Fort Lauderdale

On Wednesday, December 9th at 7pm, STEAK 954 on Fort Lauderdale Beach will host an iconic Champagne dinner with pours of Moet & Chandon, Ruinart Blanc de Blancs, Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame 2004, Krug Grande Cuvée and Moet & Chandon Nectar Imperial Rose. Champagne is one of the most revered wine regions in the world producing some of the most prestigious, that is associated with decadence, luxury and celebration. The dinner features a carefully curated four-course menu with passed hors d’oeuvres to begin the evening. Tickets are $125 per person. Call 954.414.8333 to make your reservation. Valet parking for this dinner is $5 with validation. Passed hors d’oeuvres
Moet & Chandon Imperial Brut served with,
west coast oyster, spiced pear granita, serrano chile
nueske’s bacon wrapped peach, vincotto tempura
laughing bird shrimp, sweet dashi, scallions
pickled vegetable brochette, onion raita
First course
Ruinart Blanc de Blancs paired with veal carpaccio, pink peppercorns, baby arugula, pickled red onions, lemon zest, shaved grana padano
Second course
Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame 2004 paired with charred octopus, gigante beans, broccoli rabe, salsa verde, house pickled peppers
Third course
Krug Grande Cuvée paired with trio of beef filet, korean fried quail and madagascar prawn, hazelnut purée, crispy maiitake mushrooms, sauce choron
Dessert
Moet & Chandon Nectar Imperial Rose paired with caramelized pistachio napoleon, black currant, white chocolate mousse, fennel candy
