The South Florida Food and Wine Collaborative Kitchen at The 17th Annual Delray Beach Garlic Fest

The 17th Annual Delray Beach Garlic Fest is bringing back the much loved culinary event, The Collaborative Kitchen. Now in its second year, just two weeks away, we have a handful of tickets left, so, if the South Florida Food scene is your thing, this is one event to put on your radar.

The Collaborative Kitchen will bring local area chefs together to collaborate on a multi-course dinner on Friday, January 29th from 6-8pm. The Collaborative Kitchen is the kick-off event to the Garlic Fest weekend, and offers an opportunity for food enthusiasts to watch favorite local chefs work together and collaborate on a menu for event attendees. The participating chefs are Blake Malatesta, executive chef at 50 Ocean, Ernie DiBlasi, executive chef and partner at Caffe Luna Rosa, Chuck Gittleman, executive chef at Kapow Noodle Bar and Jarod Higgins, executive chef Cut 432. From 3-5pm ticket holders to the event will have access to Garlic Chef Stadium to watch the collaboration of their dinner unfold. The Collaborative Kitchen will be hosted by Christine Najac, Managing Director of South Florida Food and Wine. The two hour dinner will take place in Delray Beach Garlic Chef Stadium. Tickets are $100 each. Each chef will prepare three small plate courses for a total of 12 reception-style courses with unlimited pours of beer and wine. Click here to purchase tickets.
