On Saturday, March 5th, Seagrape’s Chef de Cuisine Tony Velazquez will launch his late night ‘Off the Books’ dinner series. Valesquez will serve a brasserie classic menu alongside “Top Chef” Season 13 current contestant Jeremy Ford of Matador Room and Max Santiago of The SaltyDonut.
Hosted on the 1st Saturday of the month Velazquez and chef friends will feature a multi-course family-style menu designed for Miami’s food enthusiasts who appreciate inventive cuisine, wine and cocktails. This late night dinner series begins at 10:30pm with cocktails and snacks in 1930s House, [the cocktail bar within the Thompson Hotel] with dinner immediately following at 11:00pm.
