Master Sommelier Virginia Philip will co-host the Domaine Carneros® Wine Dinner on Thursday, April 7, at NYY Steak in Seminole Casino Coconut Creek. Philip will be joined by TJ Evans, Pinot Noir Winemaker for Domaine Carneros®, Napa Valley, California. The event will begin at 7:30 p.m. with a cocktail reception at Legends Lounge, followed by a four-course pairing dinner at 8 p.m.
The menu is as follows:
First Course: Diver Scallops with Sweet Peas, paired with Domaine Carneros® La Reve de Blanc ’06
Second Course: Alaskan Halibut with Chervil paired with Domaine Carneros® Pinto Claire
Third Cours: Wagyu Beef Tenderloin paired with Domaine Carneros® Pinot Noir ’12
And for dessert , Domestic Cheese plate with a Seasonal Berry Compote and Local Honeycomb paired with Domaine Carneros® Brut Rose NV
