Boulud Sud Pop Up at db Bistro Moderne Miami

Chef Daniel Boulud’s New York restaurant, Boulud Sud, will pop up at db Bistro Moderne Miami this summer for dinner service, offering Boulud Sud’s exciting Mediterranean menu featuring flavors from France’s Côte d’Azur, Spain, Italy, Greece, North Africa and Turkey. From June 15 through July 30, Executive Chef Clark Bowen will recreate several fan favorites from Chef Boulud’s popular Lincoln Center dining destination. The Boulud Sud menu will be served Mondays from 6pm-10pm, Tuesday-Thursday, 6pm-11pm, and Friday & Saturday from 6pm-12am.

Menu highlights include:
·       Arabic Lamb Flatbread | eggplant, pinenut, labneh | $19
·       Taramasalata | smoked cod roe, dill potato chips | $12
·       Mediterranean Mezze | spicy hummus, falafel, babaganoush | $16
·       Setas con Huevo | roasted wild mushrooms & crouton salad | $21/ $28
·       Black Pepper Fettucini “Carbonara” | guanciale, snow peas, egg yolk | $22/ $32
·       Lebanese Spiced Sea Bass | garbanzo beans, walnuts, parsley tarator | $34
