Because of the intimate size of the property, the staff has the ability to know each of their guests on a personal level, addressing guests by name. The longer the stay, the more attentive, and efficient the staff becomes with each guest; as they begin to anticipate individual needs, making suggestions and seeing to it, that the prescription for R&R is met.
