Katie Choy, author of Family Secrets, Peruvian-Chinese Cuisine Experience the Flavors of Peru is co-hosting a tasting and informational event at Craft Bar Kitchen in Jupiter Florida on June 16th from 7-9pm. The event fee is $35 and includes a tasting of Pisco Sours, Ceviche, and Anticuchos. A portion of the proceeds from book sales goes to the Peruvian American Medical Society.
