Pizza Craft & Apothecary 330 Fort Lauderdale To Host The Chef’s Table

Pizza Craft and Apothecary 330 are pleased to announce their first ever collaborative Chef’s Table dinner experience on Monday July 11th at 7pm.. The evening will begin with amuse-bouche bites and a molecular cocktail demonstration at Apothecary 330. Guests will then step into Pizza Craft for a seven-course dinner including dessert. The dining experience will guided course-by-course by restaurant’s culinary team and mixologists. The summer inspired cocktails will feature seasonal ingredients to complement each dish and will be made using avant-garde molecular techniques. Pre-dinner amuse-bouche offerings will feature:

·         Pacific Gigamoto Oysters with Pomegranate Mignonette

·         Sea Scallop Crudo with Fresno Chilies, Meyer Lemon and Micro Sorrel

·         Pork Belly & Goat Cheese Dumplings with Parmesan Summer Truffle Brodo

·         Sashimi Salmon featuring Smoked Salmon, Tomato Paste and Pickled Avocado Crema

·         Sweet Breads with Hazelnut Togarashi and Banana Dressing

First Course
Charred Octopus with Smoked Potato Cream, Ramps, Meyer Lemon and Micro Mirepoix

Second Course
Menagé à Trois of Duck featuring Foie Gras Croquette, Duck Breast and Plum Gelée, Duck Confit and Chicharrónes

Third Course
Sous Vide Bone Marrow & Veal Cheek with Marrow & Summer Truffle Puree and Celery Feather

Fourth Course
Prosciutto Americano wrapped Black Sea Bass with Seabeans, Little Neck Clams,  Lemongrass Green Tea Brodo and Candied Meyer Lemon

Fifth Course
Spinalis Dorsi Steak & Maine Lobster with Stuffed Squash Blossoms and Black Garlic Demi-glace

Sixth Course
Dry-Aged Tomahawk Ribeye served with Heirloom Garden Vegetables and Roasted Exotic Potatoes
