Quintessa Wine Dinner at Meat Market Miami Beach

Meat Market Miami Beach Summer Dinner Series returns with a four-course wine pairing dinner with Quintessa Wine. The dinner is $150 per person excluding tax and gratuity. The Quintessa wine dinner will take place on Wednesday, July 13, 2016 beginning with a cocktail reception at 7:30PM and dinner at 8PM. Reservations are required and can be made by calling (305) 532-0088. Meat Market is located at 915 Lincoln Road on South Beach. The Quintessa wines and menu is as follows:

Champagne Oyster Ceviche served in a shell with Yuzu and Truffle

Wood Grilled Shrimp Ceviche with Tangerine, Fermented Lemon Peel & Smoked Olive Oil

Charbroiled Buffalo Tenderloin with Pink Peppercorn, White Asparagus Sous Vide

and Sunchoke Amaranth Risotto
