The first annual Downtown Delray Beach Restaurant Week begins Monday, August 1, 2016 and runs through Sunday, August 7, 2016. The week long event will feature special three-course prix fixe lunch and dinner menus as well as culinary experiences, including wine & beer tasting/food pairing dinners, juicing/nutrition class, cocktail classes, chef demonstrations and more. Downtown Delray Beach Restaurant Week provides locals and visitors an opportunity to sample Downtown restaurants and food and beverage merchants at special prices.
Downtown Delray Beach Restaurant Week’s Charitable Partner is Healthy Bellies – Healthy Bellies, a program of the Delray Beach Achievement Center, was founded by DADA Executive Chef Bruce Feingold and his wife, Amanda. Healthy Bellies is committed to community outreach and education focusing on nutrition for under privileged children and families in Delray Beach. Participating restaurants are encouraged to support this organization and attendees will have an opportunity to make a contribution as well during Restaurant Week
