Jardin West Palm Beach Hosts Hands-on Craft Cocktail Classes

Jardin, the new West Palm Beach restaurant from rising culinary stars and husband-wife team Jordan Lerman and Stephanie Cohen, is teaching cocktail enthusiasts how to blend, muddle and garnish their way to cocktail bliss. Whether an uncertain beginner or enthusiast of the craft, this class is ideal for anyone looking to manage their home bar and add some new libations to their repertoire. Jardin’s Bar Chief Deanna Thibeau will take guests through several classics, covering the history and traditions of each cocktail. From the tried and true to the esoteric, guests will leave with a new set of techniques and knowledge to enhance their cocktail prowess.

Wondering how to pair spirits with food? Executive Chef Lerman will present a seasonal bite with each cocktail, giving tips on pairing ingredients and flavor profiles for the perfect match.

Space is limited. To reserve your space for Saturday, February 5 or Saturday, February 12, both classes begin at 12:30pm and are approximately 2 hours long, call 561.440.5273. Classes are $70 per person + tax and tip. When making your reservation let the reservationist know of any allergies or dietary restrictions. Jardin is located at 330 Clematis Street West Palm Beach, FL 33401
