Dom Perignon Pairing Dinner + Formento & Formento Private Art Viewing at Villa Azur Miami Beach

Presented by Dom Perignon, on Saturday, April 29th at 7PM visual arts and culinary arts come together at Villa Azur for an exclusive vernissage by Formento & Formento – a husband-wife team known for their romantic and stylish photographs. The private pre-dinner viewing will take place in Belair Fine Art set inside the heart of Villa Azur’s garden.

Formento & Formento have made an art of their unique strain of photography. Exuding an eerie sensuality combined with a narrative cinematic sensibility. Vogue Italia has been a forerunner and loyal supporter of their work, as well as cutting edge magazines like Aesthetica, Blink, Musee and L’oeil de la Photographie.

The Dom Perignon Pairing Dinner  is priced at $250 exclusive of tax and gratuity, will feature five courses beginning with

Roasted Oyster with arugula, Parmesan cream and pata negra, paired with Dom Perignon ’06

Salmon Tartare with lightly smoked salmon, citrus, endive leave and kaluga caviar,  paired with Dom Perignon ’06

Scallop Carpaccio with yuzu pearl, sechuam peper jelly, and lemongrass dressing paired with Dom Perignon ’04

Lamb Medallion in cumin and mint crust served with braised artichokes and caramelized onions Dom Perignon P2 1998

Strawberry & Rose St Honore, paired Dom Perignon Rosé.
