Food Porn leads to Foodgasms, a Seafood Splash!

Welcome to our inaugural Food Porn post! Good lookin’ food results in tremendous pleasure so we thought why not share a little weekly deliciousness. Each Saturday we will have a “food porn” theme, this way it just might help you decide where to have dinner with your sweetie tonight and have a little ‘foodgasm’ of your own!

The photos have been/will be taken at breakfast, lunch, dinner and happy hour at the restaurants we visit from Palm Beach to South Beach (and anywhere else we may happen to go!) I’m really not sure who to give credit to for the terms ‘food porn’ or ‘foodgasm’ but how wonderfully brilliant! And when you hang around with people who live for and love food the way my circle of friends do it’s inevitable that such descriptors will find its way into mainstream conversation. So food porn and foodgasm credits so dutifully noted to my friends who turned me onto this delightfully delicious world! @4theloveoffood @jmdhsmiami @barefootcount.

Capital Grille Fort Lauderdale. Crab and Lobster Stuffed Shrimp

Ortanique. Costa Rican Corvina Ceviche with ginger, mango and key west limes.

660 at The Angler’s. The Chesapeake Blue Crab Boil: Maryland Blue Crabs, Mussels, Clams, Sweet Corn, Red Potatoes and Garlic Bread

Cioppino at The Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne. Cioppino, seafood stew

The Breaker’s. Sunday Brunch at The Circle

Carrabba’s. Pasta Weesie Fettuccine alfredo with shrimp sautéed in a garlic, lemon butter, white wine sauce with sautéed mushrooms and scallions

The Cape Cod Room. Seafood Stew a saffron-scented broth of leeks, fennel and tomatoes immersing the split Maine lobster, mussels, clams, scallops and codfish
