Merryvale Vineyards Wine Dinner at Del Frisco’s Grille

Merryvale Vineyards is a family-owned Napa Valley winery producing small production lots from select vineyard sources. For over 30 years Merryvale has been turning exceptional Napa Valley grapes into world class wine. The Napa Green program is supported by a wide variety of groups including the Sierra Club, the Audubon Society, and the University of California. The Napa Valley Vintners, along with Fish Friendly Farming, the Napa Valley Grapegrowers, the Napa County Farm Bureau and others developed the Napa Green program. The Napa Green Winery Program ensures that wineries have developed water and energy conservation methods, preventing pollution, and reducing solid waste. In addition to developing sustainable winery practices. This program is set to become the standard for the state of California. Under the Napa Green Certified Land Program Merryvale Vineyards has created and implemented a customized farm plan with measured results that addressed all aspects of its property, vineyard land as well as non-farmed land, including practicing soil conservation, water conservation, stable drainage, riparian corridor enhancement, fisheries and wildlife habitat enhancement and long-term improvement and sustainability.

Del Frisco’s Grille Palm Beach is a classic America bar and grill taking menu inspiration from bold flavors and market-fresh ingredients; its contemporary urbane decor lends itself to an inviting, and stylish locale.

Recently I attended a Merryvale Vineyards wine dinner at Del Frisco’s Grille in Palm Beach. It was a five course pairing dinner with a fine selection of wines from the Merryvale portfolio.
